Additionally, in order to further bolster both strength and durability, the Team Lew’s Pro-Ti SLP Speed Spool employs a hard aluminum alloy Speed Gear cut on a Japanese Hamai CNC gear hobbing machine. But just as impressive as its lightweight durability, is the reel’s performance. Fitted with an externally adjustable, 6-pin, 27-position QuiestCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking System (ACB) and powered by an 11-bearing system with double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a Zero Reverse one-way clutch bearing, this reel is capable of casting distances even veteran anglers will be in awe of.
